Terms & conditions for purchasing
I
All goods remain the property of Anna Louise Gowns Ltd until paid for in full. All unpaid goods, if in stock or arrived in store will be sold if the payment is not cleared within twelve months of the order acknowledgment. This includes the goods intended for a cancelled wedding, occasion and sale items
II
A 50% deposit is required on all goods ordered. The remaining balance is to be paid for on arrival of the order
III
If the dress is ordered within 6 months of the event full payment is required
IV
Deposits & payments are non refundable
V
All alterations will be charged for separately and only undertaken once garments have been paid for in full. Alteration prices as per tariff
VI
Measurements taken are agreed at the time of ordering and signed for by the individual ordering the goods. We accept no responsibility for fluctuations in size once the gown(s) have been ordered
VII
No waiver alterations of modifications of these terms & conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the duly authorised representative of the party against whom the same shall be sought to be enforced
VIII
The buyers order will only be accepted when an acknowledgement is signed for by an authorised signatory of Anna Louise Gowns Ltd
IX
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods in every part thereof before leaving sellers place of business to ensure that they are in good order
X
The seller shall be entitled to a charge of £25 on all overdue payments per week until payment is made in full including the charges for late payment
XI
Risk of damage to – or loss of the goods shall pass to the buyer in event of the goods being stored at the place of the seller 4 days after buyer has been notified of arrival of the goods unless storage has been arranged and agreed by the seller. Storage fees as per tariff
XII
Samples of colours on colour charts are a guide. Dresses ordered may be a very slightly different shade to the sample on the swatch card. This would only be very minimal. Anna Louise Gowns will not be held responsible for this
XIII
Measurements on size charts are a guidance. Responsibility is passed on to the buyer as to which size to order
Terms & conditions for hiring underskirts

All the goods remain the property of Anna Louise Gowns Ltd
II
Payment for hiring is non refundable
III
A secure deposit plus the hire price is required upon order of the underskirt. The secure deposit will be refunded when returning the underskirt in good condition. Anna Louise Gowns Ltd reserves the right to withhold the secure deposit until disputes are resolved by the owner.
IV
Secure deposits will be refunded if the hem is dirt marked from walking etc. Marks/stains which are not possible to remove, tears, rips and other damage will be subject to deposit or part thereof not refunded.
V
